• Check-In Begins: 5:45 AM - 6:30 AM

• 1st Hunt Window: 6:45 AM – 10:30 AM

• 2nd Hunt Window: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM

• Dinner Service Starts: 7:30 PM

• Live Acoustic Music: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Sunrise: 7:09 AM | Sunset: 7:54 PM

• $150 — Full Access Pass (Hunt + Dinner + Concert)

• $105 — Hunt Only Pass (Morning & Afternoon Hunts Only)

• $45 — Guitars & Grub Pass (Dinner + Concert Only)

• $25 — Young Adult Pass (Ages 13–21)

• $20 — VIP Dinner Upgrade (Steak + Loaded Potato Bar)

🤝 The Giving

A portion of proceeds from The 4Gs will support the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, helping Texans impacted by the devastating July 4th floods. Managed by the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country (a 501(c)(3) based in Kerrville), this fund provides both immediate relief and long-term recovery support. Donations go directly to trusted local organizations serving hard-hit communities like Kerrville, Boerne, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, and Center Point.
